How to Send Your Files

After purchase you will receive instructions by email. Please follow these guidelines so we can start on time:

Stereo Mix + Master Send:

• Dry mono vocals (no effects, no plugins)
• Stereo instrumental / 2-track beat

Trackouts Mix + Master Send:

• Dry mono vocals (no effects, no plugins)
• All individual instrument/trackout stems (stereo preferred)
• Label every file clearly

Master Only Send your finished stereo mix (WAV preferred, 24-bit if possible)

General File Rules

• Keep all faders at unity (0 dB) and bypass effects when exporting
• Export everything from the same starting point (0:00)
• Preferred: 24-bit or 16-bit, 44.1 kHz or 96 kHz
• Do not upsample to a higher bit depth than the original recording
• If using Pro Tools, send a session copy (Save Copy In) with all audio files included, then compress the folder

Please do not have a studio send files via WeTransfer. Download the files yourself and send them to us so nothing expires.

What’s Included

• Professional mixing and/or mastering
• Free revisions as listed in the product (2 or 3)
• Final files delivered via Google Drive (WAV + MP3)
• Standard turnaround: 5–10 business days
• Express option available as an add-on

Revisions & Extra Work Extra revisions after the free ones are $35 each. If you need to re-record parts, send missing files, or make major changes after submission, it will be treated as a half mix and charged at 50% of the original mix fee.

Refund Policy All sales are final once payment is received and files have been submitted. No refunds after work has started.
