****Studio means Denial Records. Client means the person or company named on the order.

****These terms apply to all mixing and mastering services provided by Denial Records.

​

1. Payment All services must be paid in full at the time of order through the website checkout. Work will not begin until payment is received.

​

2. Services & Pricing Current packages include:

• Mix + Master (stereo instrumental + vocals): $149 (includes free master as a limited-time promotion)

• Mix + Master (trackouts + vocals): $299 (includes free master as a limited-time promotion)

• Mix Only: starting at $149 (stereo) / $299 (trackouts)

• Master Only: $59

Additional versions (radio edit, clean version, show version, instrumental, acapella, or any other alternate master) are $35 each. Extra revisions beyond the included amount are $35 each.

3. Revisions The $149 Mix + Master package includes 2 free revisions. The $299 Mix + Master package includes 3 free revisions. Any revisions after the free ones are $35 each.

If the Client needs to re-record parts, send missing files, or make significant changes to the submitted material after the initial submission, this will be treated as a half mix and will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original mix fee.

4. Turnaround Times Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from the time we receive properly prepared files. Express service (24–72 hours) is available for an additional $50, subject to availability.

5. File Preparation & Submission The Client is responsible for preparing and sending files correctly. Please follow these guidelines:

• Vocals must be dry mono files with no effects, plugins, or processing.

• Instrumentals or beats should be stereo.

• Keep all faders at unity (0 dB) and bypass effects when exporting.

• Export all files from the same starting point (0:00) so they line up correctly.

• Preferred bit depth is 16-bit or 24-bit. Do not upsample to a higher bit depth than the original recording.

• Sample rate should be 44.1 kHz or 96 kHz.

If using Pro Tools, please send a session copy that includes all audio files (Save Copy In), compress the folder, and email it to us.

Do not have a recording studio send files directly via WeTransfer. Please obtain a copy of the files yourself and send them to us. WeTransfer links can expire and may cause delays.

6. Delivery of Final Files Final mixed and mastered files will be delivered via Google Drive. We will make every effort to keep your project files stored for at least one year. Physical backups are also maintained. After one year we cannot guarantee continued storage if systems change. We strongly recommend the Client keep their own copies of both the original and final files.

7. Client Responsibilities The Client confirms they have full legal rights to all material submitted (beats, samples, vocals, instrumentals, etc.). Denial Records is not responsible for any issues related to beat leases, sample clearance, copyright, or ownership. We provide mixing and mastering services only.

8. Credits When releasing the finished track, the Client agrees to credit Joey Bandino as the Mixing Engineer and/or Mastering Engineer where appropriate (for example in the track metadata, DistroKid credits, or liner notes). Credit on social media posts is appreciated but not required.

9. Usage of Name Denial Records may use the Client’s name for credit purposes on our website and promotional materials. We will not use the Client’s song or audio without prior agreement.

10. Cancellations & Refunds Because payment is required in full before work begins, all sales are final once the order is placed and files have been received. No refunds will be issued after work has started.

11. Limitation of Liability Denial Records is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

​

12. General These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Denial Records for mixing and mastering services. Any changes must be agreed to in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

​

By placing an order, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

​

​
